159. Without A Doubt

I’ll take you out to dinner, listen to your words

We can watch a movie, perhaps catch a concert

Or go home and play Wii like a couple of nerds

Chilling in sweatpants and a plain old white T-shirt

It’s getting late, you say you need to leave

You don’t have to go, spend the night with me

I know you’re down for some late night exploration 

My hands can carry out an evaluation

The next morning, I turn to my side, you’re still here

In a deep peaceful sleep, maybe snoring lightly

I decide to make us breakfast and disappear

Then I return to pull you in, hold you tightly 

You’re half-asleep as I smother you with kisses

I must admit, you taste amazing, delicious

Let’s eat real quick, shower together

Then head to a hike in this warm weather

If life ever gave me an opportunity

To change the way things between you and me played out

I’d choose this fantasy over reality

You would still be the one I want, without a doubt
