130. Stumbling On My Words

I wish I could talk as smooth as butter
The reality is, I tend to stutter
Stumbling on my words is frustrating
Being limited can be exhausting

I’ve got lots to say, I still push through
I force my words to connect with you
I refuse to remain limited
Even if I sound kinda primitive

It’s one of my flaws I wish I could change
It’s a quirkiness I’ve learned to embrace
I hate th-th-th-th-that I speak this way
B-b-b-but I’ll still speak up any day
